1.  Paytm - Amount Debited but code not received due to failed payment.


As per Paytm , All failed transaction , amount will be automatically refund within 5 working days.  But we advise our customer to simultaneously log a complaint with paytm for faster processing of your refund.  Kindly follow the following procedure. 


Visit Paytm App - Profile Section

Select Option - Help & Support   - Paytm using Wallet

Select the Paid Option & Click on your transaction -  Select Issue in paying on Other Website / App -   Amount deducted from Wallet but online order failed - Message us. 

Attach Screenshot of your failed order ( provided by GamerMall) and Submit it . 


Kindly Note - You need to tell the Paytm Support guys , the payment status is showing pending at ProGaming - Billdesk panel , Kindly tell them to check Billdesk panel and refund you .
